Questions shops ask
Do I need a website?
No. Your storefront lives on your Profiley profile, which has its own link you can share anywhere, and customers order from it in any browser.
How is delivery priced?
Delivery fees are calculated from the road distance between your shop and the customer’s address, so you do not quote each order by hand.
What if I cannot fulfil an order?
Decline it. When you require payment up front, the money is only held when the customer orders, so declining releases it and the customer is not charged.
Can I refund a customer?
Yes. Refund a card or wallet payment from the same screen the order was sold on, and it is recorded in your ledger.
What does it cost?
No setup fee, no monthly subscription and no commission on your sales. Cash payments carry no fee. Card payments carry a small processing fee per transaction, shown to the customer before they pay.
